Itinerary

Day 1 - Venice , Italy

The iconic image of Venice shows a city with no roads, only canals, because it's built on over 100 small islands in a lagoon amid the Adriatic Sea. In the heart of the city close to Piazza San Marco you will find the Bridge of Sighs, an architectural jewel amid so many historical wonders. Venetian cuisine is renowned throughout Italy for its high-quality seafood. Positioned within a lagoon, local chefs and restaurants have the advantage of fresh-caught fish directly from the source and bringing it straight to their tables.

Day 2 - Opatija , Croatia
Day 3 - Hvar Island , Croatia
Day 4 - Dubrovnik , Croatia
Day 5 - Corfu , Greece
Day 7 - Ravello , Italy
Day 8 - Ravello , Italy
Day 8 - Capri , Italy
Day 9 - Ponza Island , Italy

Of the six Pontine Islands that dot the Mediterranean, Ponza, the archipelago’s largest island, is certain to capture your imagination. Relish the opportunity to explore Pontius Pilates’ grottos, a subterranean and underwater archeological complex. This is where Romans raised fish and eels for consumption. The caves were dug into the island’s volcanic rock around the first century CE and formed five basins connected to each other via underwater passages. Combine history and hiking with a trek to the ancient Roman necropolis of Ponza. The spectacular view from the top of the island alone is worth the climb.
